You must be a citizen or resident physically located in Malaysia when using the services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable to you.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To access the full range of ikiss88 services, you will need to register and create an account. During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, and current. ikiss88 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password.
Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
All activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility, including instances where your account is accessed by a third party due to your own negligence.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the ikiss88 support team immediately.

User Responsibilities

Users are prohibited from using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or unlawful activity.
Users are prohibited from using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to access or manipulate the platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all personal and financial information submitted belongs to them.

3. Payment and Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the ikiss88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept or process payments in foreign currencies directly.

Deposit Methods

The platform supports the following deposit methods for users in Malaysia:

Bank transfer via FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and others)
TNG eWallet and supported local e-wallets
Any additional methods announced from time to time

Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the policies and timeframes set for each account tier.
Ikiss88 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Funds deposited via a particular payment method may be returned through the same method.
Transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Ikiss88 is not liable for any losses resulting from processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.

4. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Ikiss88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms or any suspicious activity.

Grounds for Account Suspension

Providing false or misleading registration information
Opening more than one account using the same or different identities
Engaging in fraudulent activity, odds manipulation, or unauthorised collusion between players
Violating any of the rules set out in these terms
Receiving or making transactions suspected of involving illegal activity

Account Closure at User Request

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the ikiss88 support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met, subject to any necessary investigation.

5. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

Ikiss88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure
Losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the user
Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence
Any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user

Intellectual Property

All content on the ikiss88 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of ikiss88 or its respective licensors. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or reproducing any platform content without prior written consent.

The platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. ikiss88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms separately.

6. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

Governing Law
